The pitter patter of little white paws…

We moved a step closer this weekend to achieving the goal of painting the whole house by finishing off the living room. We spent the day on Saturday doing this which, in the end wasn’t such a bad way to spend the day as we listened to music and tried to decide who was working harder/painting faster etc etc. Of course it was me. 😉 Stella was very good staying out of the way for the most part although she did decide to look out the window later in the evening by using the freshly painted window sill to aid her… A trial of paint led its way to the guilty party. No permanent harm done although she must have wondered why her feet felt tacky afterwards!

On Sunday morning I went to a very tough hot yoga session and then Stella and I headed to St. Helens to see Rachel, Beth and John. We had a nice lunch, some cake (it was Rachel’s birthday the following day) and then went for a walk in their nearby park. Beth had a great time with Stella and us adults had a good catch up.

In other news, I have my first wedding photography booking. How scary is that? It’s not until next year though so lots of time to figure out what to do – I hope!? 😉
